- 108% up on ready to wear target and 124% up on the previous year.
- 154% up on made to measure target and 552% up on the previous year.
So a big WELL DONE to everyone this week, especially those who exceeded their target.

A customer letter for the 30/50 sale will be emailed to you all seperately during the course of today for printing in store. The letter has been prepared to advertise the new promotion and can be used in conjunction with the postcards. Please ensure that you send the postcards / letters out ahead of the start of the promotion.
Panzer Re-fit
The re-fit of Panzer (Stuttgart) has now taken place and I will be visiting stores this week for stock for the new store. The walk through of Panzer will take place on 2nd February, Vaihingen will be closed for 2 days (5th & 6th February) and the Grand Opening will take place on 7th February. During the Grand Opening we will be offering a free prize draw, with which the winner will receive a free made to measure suit which will form the basis of a new mailing list.
If you need to contact me, I will be around Stuggart for most of the week.
Have a good week, good luck to you all.
Bernie
USA - Notes from Andy Schofield
It just goes to show that "Getting the Word Out" really does pay off. WELL DONE EVERYONE! We managed to hit target again this week, thanks to team work and hard work. Point of Sale, Customer Letters, Emails and telephone calls paved the way this week for us to make target and beat last year's numbers.
So, who nudged who this week??
- MACDILL AFB - 271% Combined Target Achieved. Zoran had a last minute "nudge" - a returning customer made the difference.
- ANDREWS AFB - 232% Combined Target Achieved. Rogers and Nathan have achieved over £20k in sales in the last two weeks - great result guys.
- FORT BELVOIR - 166% Combined Target Achieved. Amazing figures for the time of the year - over $34k in the last two weeks! Well done Steve.
Fort Meade, Langley, Fort Dix, Nellis and Fort Sam all managed to beat their combined targets comfortably too - excellent job guys. It was a tough week but you pulled out all the stops this weekend and made a difference to the team.
I am sure that next week will be as strong, if not stronger as we count down to the last couple of weeks of the current Made to Measure sale. Make sure that any "Come Backs" have indeed come back and if not - give them a call. Sometimes a "nudge" is all it takes to get a good result.
I am on vacation this week, if you have any emergency issues which have to be dealt with please call or email Tracey Roberts in the first instance, and email a copy to myself.
Best regards, and good luck!
Andy
