The run up to Christmas was a success as the figures show but behind it all is the hard work we all put in like as I mentioned above managers coming on their days off, working longer than schedule through lunch breaks etc.

Week 39

Yet again another great effort from everybody Christmas week and it is very much appreciated that some managers decided to come in on their day off as it would have meant the shop being closed on one of the busiest days of the year. The sales proved it was a good decision.

Thank you.

Combined sales were 124% of target and 129% of last year.

MM was 181% of target and 194% of last year.

RM 118% of target and 122% of last year.

Well done.

The RM reduction certainly captured the customer’s imagination as we were a fantastic 122% of last year.

The MM bogof sale is attracting customers in some stores as again we were 194% of last year.

Alan Self in Heidelberg ($2510) and Gary Bloom in Lakenheath ($1855) coming in a second week with good MM figures and being joined by Melvyn Bromby Mannheim ($1450). Great going Chaps.

We had very good sales figures in most branches this week. It would not be fair too mention the top five as all branches did well. Here is the table for this week.

  1. Grafenwoehr 219% of target and 365% of last year.
  2. Wiesbaden 163% of target and 116% of last year.
  3. Stuttgart 161% of target and 291% of last year.
  4. Ramstein 154% of target and 149% of last year.
  5. Mannheim 136% of target and 116% of last year.
  6. Heidelberg 128% of target and 152% of last year.
  7. Chievres 118% of target and 98% of last year.
  8. Schweinfurt 100% of target.
  9. Kaiserslautern 88% of target.
  10. Lakenheath 432% of last year.

Great job

Week 40

We came close to target and last year figures which was great to see after the final frenzied week leading up to Christmas.

It was a very good week for MM with 3 branches doing the majority of the business. RM let us down with the majority of the customers buying the previous week.

Combined sales were 93% of target and 97% of last year.

MM was 157% of target and 167% of last year.

RM 81% of target and 84% of last year.

It is strange that the MM bogof sale is attracting customers in some stores and not others as once again we were up (167%) on last year. Hopefully this will change with the “Need Now” period is over.

With once again Alan Self in Heidelberg ($2276) and Gary Bloom in Lakenheath with a fantastic ($6400) coming in a third consecutive week with good MM figures and being joined this week by Geoff Berry and Rob Miller in Wiesbaden ($4256).

Great going Chaps
