This week saw a new President sworn in…. his slogan is “Time for Change” – Read on… we’ve got a few changes ourselves for the new year ahead!

California Fires

USA - Notes from Andy Schofield

Last week saw us struggle after the New Year’s rush, not helped by the cold weather that most of us saw (and felt!). As of today however, the week is looking stronger and I know we can and will make up some of the deficit from week 42.

Remember, we only have ONE more week to go!!

Overall last week, we finished on a low only hitting 75% of last years numbers and 63% of Target. Ready made finished about the same with 80% of last year and 69% of Target… a rough week. Measure didn’t fair any better – 54% of last year and 42% of target.

Hopefully these last two weeks of our year will be stronger and we can pull back some of the lost business. Let’s pull out all the stops guys.

Week 42 - Money Makers & Shakers

Not a mass of “Shakers” last week. In fact, only two branches made target last week – Can you guess who they are???y

FORT BRAGG – Back on top Adelle still hitting targets and smashing last years numbers… “How’s she doing it?” I hear some of you asking.

Adelle has secured three dates on the base and surrounding military areas for her infamous Fashion Shows – in fact, they’re coming to her now!!

Closing the week 112% over target and 149% over Last Year - $5100+ from 300 Sq Ft puts Bragg in first place this week – Well done Adelle…( Hope the 7” of snow has melted by now!

FORT DIX – The only other branch to meet and beat target last week, Nicky (even though she was freezing cold without heat in the store!) made the most of it, got one of our Topcoats on and walked the floor – It’s amazing how many you sell like that!

Finishing the week with 106% of target and 111% over last years numbers - A great figure of over $4500 cumulative.

And that’s it…. No one else made target last week….. very disappointing for all of us.

Now that said, some of you did manage to beat last years numbers which is a good achievement…. Take a bow Gentlemen:

Travis (127%), Langley (110%), Quantico (108%), and Nellis (102%)

ALL CHANGE...

We have a couple of changes to announce this week, that I am sure some of you (If not all of you!) have probably already heard of.

Kelly from Henderson Hall has decided to request a move to Quantico and become the Assistant Manager working under Paul.

Richard will be moving into Henderson Hall – just a 30 second move for him and I am sure he’ll do an excellent job there.

Nathan, who has been with Alexandre for 5 ½ years will be taking the reigns from Richard at Fort Myer and I would like to welcome him to the world of branch management!

Fabian from the warehouse will be coming on board full time from 2nd Feb. His role will continue the same but with two extra days – working Monday through Friday. Fabian will also be starting some local deliveries around the beltway too, so watch for us making a “Pit Stop” at your base over the next couple of weeks!

Good luck guys, in your new roles – The “Move” takes place starting week 1… Monday 2nd February.

HAPPY "B" DAY!

Just two Aquarians have birthdays this month…. Happy Birthday to you both!

  • Kelly (31st Jan) – Can’t tell you her age… she’s threatened me!
  • Me! (27th Jan) - I’m 21…. Again!
