Combined sales were 89% of target and 98% of last year.
MM was 43% of target and 50% of last year.
RM 103% of target and 111% of last year.

Not a very good week on MM only 43% of target and 50% of last year.
According to the trade we did the customers do not seem to know that one of our best sales of the year is on or they are waiting until after they have kitted out the family for the school dance’s.
Most of the school proms are now over so now the men can concentrate on themselves.
I know you are all trying very hard in getting the word out that MM suits are now half price and there is not a better time to buy. We need to push it up another notch as we have a large target to aim for this week $11,000.

Graf has again done very well this week with $1500 on MM. His “in store” announcements are paying off. Great job Paul.
Lakenheath had what normally would have been a good week but last year he had a fantastic week with $5000 unfortunately with at least 50% of his troops in the field he did well to get what he did. Hard luck Gary but a great try.

We beat target this week 103% and better still last year 111% a great effort from everybody.

What a week for Ramstein $9500 and Kaiserslautern not far behind with $8000.
Well done Trevor, Leigh Rob and John. Although Leigh did complain that Saturday was quiet.
Alan in Heidelberg pulled out another terrific week with $6500.
The Memorial Day sale that started Saturday helped most branches with more discounts on already reduced garments which should help to clear lines.
